儲(chǔ) 存 液0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存條件Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
產(chǎn)品介紹background:
ATE1, also known as arginyltransferase 1, is an enzyme that is involved in the post-translational conjugation of arginine to the N-terminal aspartate or glutamate of a protein. This arginylation is required for degradation of the protein via the ubiquitin pathway. There are two named isoforms
Function:
Involved in the post-translational conjugation ofarginine to the N-terminal aspartate or glutamate of a protein. This arginylation is required for degradation of the protein viathe ubiquitin pathway. Does not arginylate cysteine residues (Bysimilarity).
Subunit:
Monomer (Potential).
Subcellular Location:
Isoform ATE1-1: Nucleus (By similarity).Cytoplasm (By similarity).
Isoform ATE1-2: Cytoplasm (By similarity).
Post-translational modifications:
Phosphorylated upon DNA damage, probably by ATM or ATR.
Similarity:
Belongs to the R-transferase family.

UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot: O95260.2
